Support conditions
- Support is available for users, who confirmed e-mail and paid for support through <a href="http://shareit.com" target="_blank">Share-it</a>
- Support is provided on one server RunaWFE after paiment confirmation.
Order procedure

- Then you will be transferred to Share-it site.
- The next step is, strictly following the instructions of the site shareIt, specify the parameters of your payment and click "Continue". Warning! E-mail that you type in the payment order on the site shareIt will be the e-mail which we will implement for you support.
- Then you need to confirm consent to the payment (to authorize a payment) in the chosen payment system.
- Then you can return to our site.
Date and ways of delivering services
- Technical support starts to act immediately on receipt of payment confirmation via shareIt.
- Response time - 2 business days
- Shelf support - 1 year, no more than 10 hits per month
- Support is provided through the website (page Support).
Return of funds
To cancel a payment, you should contact technical support via the website (page Support).
